1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and customers must follow the return process.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged product, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Item Received: Notify us within 48 hours for an exchange.
- Change of Mind: Returns for unused and unopened items are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or assembled furniture.
- Custom-made or personalized orders.
- Clearance or final sale items.
4. Return Process

- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days after inspection.
