1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and customers must follow the return process.

2. Return Policy

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged product, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Item Received: Notify us within 48 hours for an exchange.
  • Change of Mind: Returns for unused and unopened items are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Clearance or final sale items.
